Achilles tendon
Nothing much happens..i ruptured my achilles tendon 2 weeks ago. The surgeon operated my tendon and now im slowly recovering..no Martial arts training in 6months for me.:( i get rid of plaster in july. Havenice summer everyone!
ps. i noticed that i wrote on top of old journal entry..thats why so many is happy in their comments :laughing:
